A deterministic readiness checker for inspection documentation. It compares the work a project requires with what was actually captured, explains every gap with its source rows, and reads Quickbase through a read-only, field-ID-mapped adapter.

Titanic: a sinking simulator
A flooding model of RMS Titanic that computes the sinking instead of animating it: 4,408 hull columns, 64 spaces and 290 flow paths, calibrated to the 1912 eyewitness timeline. Punch holes, open doors, raise bulkheads, and watch the forecast.
